Customer Etiquette

Please take note of the following etiquette we expect all customers to observe during their visit

  1. Remove your clothing, keeping your underwear on.

  2. Please ensure your mobile phone is on silent or off.

  3. In consideration to other customers, please speak quietly.

  4. After your treatment, please vacate the room promptly so we can prepare it for the next customer.

  5. Please treat our staff with respect at all times; if you do not comply, you may be asked to leave with no refund.

  6. If you are not happy with your treatment, please ask the therapist to stop within the first 15 minutes and notify the receptionist. Refunds will not be given after 15 minutes.

  7. WE OFFER PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE SERVICES ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ANY EXTRA SERVICES. FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND.
